Vivian Rodriguez has over twenty years as a Health and Wellness Professional. She is dedicated to improving people’s lives with her expertise and programs on Fitness,Yoga, Stress Management and healthy lifestyles.
Vivian is experienced working with a variety of clients incorporating yoga and meditation, anatomy, stress management, nutrition, and weight loss. She has worked doing post rehab, senior fitness, and custom exercise programs during and after cancer. She has taught fitness classes at various NYC health clubs and conducted personal workshops on weight management, yoga, and wellness. The goal is successful transformation and well-being with personalized fitness programs.
